VFX.ai stores only what is needed to run your account and ship your renders: an email address, the originals you upload, the renders you generate, and the billing status of your account. We use this data to operate the service. We never sell or share it.
Uploads are deleted within 30 days unless you opted in to keep them for re-renders. Renders stay on your account for as long as it is active. You can delete everything from your dashboard at any time; deletion is permanent and we do not retain backups.
We use a single first-party analytics tool that does not collect IPs, and a transactional email provider to send your renders and billing receipts. Both are contracted under written agreements that restrict use to running the service.
